The scribes and Pharisees had just witnessed Jesus driving out a demon, but they did not believe it and wanted him to perform another miraculous sign. Do we also want God to prove to us that he exists? When life gets tough and bad things happen, do we demand that God do something about it? The signs of God are all around us, if we have eyes to see and ears to hear.
Lord, help me to have faith in you and trust in your ways, even when I don’t understand.
