A farmer tends to his garden. He adds fertilizer and water so the seeds will grow. He removes rocks and weeds so the crops will yield abundantly. The Word of God is the seed sown throughout the world. What are we doing so the Word may grow in us and bear good fruit? Do we add prayer and bible study to bring us closer to God? Do we remove distractions and activities that draw us away from God?
Lord, help me to tend to your Word, so it will grow in me and spread to others.
