People who are poor, mourning, hungry, or persecuted, are often considered to be the outcasts of society. Jesus gave a message of hope to these people. They are welcome in the kingdom of heaven. If we are one of these people, we have hope knowing God will bless us. And if we encounter one of these people, we must show them the kingdom of heaven by blessing them here and now on earth.
Lord, help me to joyfully bless others in need.
