Leaven mixed with dough changes it, causing it to expand and rise. Likewise, the teachings of preachers can permeate minds and hearts, changing the listeners. Jesus warns against those who teach a false gospel message that is not in line with him. Today we have thousands of churches with dynamic preachers. Their message sounds convincing but does it truly align with what Jesus taught?
Lord, help me to beware of preachers teaching falsely.
