The disciples asked Jesus when would be the end of age. Jesus said many bad things will happen; natural disasters, wars, persecutions, scandals, and evil-doing. Also, there will be false Christian prophets who will lead people away from the true teachings of Jesus. But none of these are signs of the end of age. The end will not come until the Gospel message has been preached throughout the world. At that time, only those who persevere through these calamities and follow the true teachings of Jesus, will be saved.
Lord, help me to know and live according to your true teachings so I may be saved.
